Life at the Shore
We are thrilled with our new home, and though it’s not perfect, we see it as a canvas for creating the perfect living space. It already has the major features that the two of us have always wanted from our future home: ocean, sand, and forest. By making a few modifications and upgrades, and with some quick purchases, we can transform this new house into a home that inspires us each day.
Out on the Sea
Having owned a home on the coast for two years now, we are itching to get out onto the water and enjoy everything that comes with having an oceanfront home. A boat will especially improve life. We’ll be able to get to the grocery store in two minutes instead of ten with a straight shot across the bay.

Must Haves and Must Dos
Things like a BBQ and patio furniture will transform how we spend a sunny afternoon. Other things are undeniably higher on the priority list, especially if we want to live sustainably, such as replacing our extremely broken fireplace. Some context for pricing: a 2x6x16 of pressure treated lumber is $12.48.
